Mine use trusses supporting automatic molding and welding equipment, successful commissioning

Recently, developed by Lanzhou University of Technology with a mining supporting truss automatic molding and Welding Electrodes on the line about successful commissioning of production, marks the successful development of the domestic equipment, truss a major breakthrough in automatic molding technology.

Mine truss bracing is used extensively for mining, the current, automated production equipment such trusses in the country has not conducted research and development and manufacturing related organizations, foreign production truss equipment is confidential, so far, the domestic production of truss still use hand-molded and hand-soldering method. Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. under the dragon's first mine, the three mines each year in the production process consumes a mine with a truss supporting about 18 million pieces entirely by hand for molding, assembly and welding. Sixty-seven workers can only do 70-80 a day, truss, low productivity, high cost, and production of trusses or different lengths, or welding is not strong, the quality can not be guaranteed. In response to these shortcomings, Lanzhou University of Technology Materials Science Professor Wang Xijing through scientific research, the Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. has developed an automated truss forming and welding production lines, industrial production of truss.
