Gas-welding submerged arc welding manual welding difference
2011-07-11 by seoer1

Refers to gas-welding or argon and carbon dioxide mixed gas welding method, do not use wire electrode.

CO2 welding efficiency, high-voltage slow-wire device, arc easy, small splash.

Argon welding is mainly used in stainless steel, nonferrous metals, alloy materials, precision welding.

Submerged arc welding with wire, flux protection. Flux as the arc of sand buried. Mainly used for welding thick plate.
Manual welding is usually common with the Welding Electrode. Advantage is more flexible, adaptable, but the efficiency is low.
