 - In order to assess the quality and use of the Tungsten Welding Electrodes  performance.
Usually the following steps:
 1, the electrode into the factory acceptance:
General quality certificate check, the packaging check and electrode appearance inspection.
(1) check the the electrode quality certificate. The electrode quality certificate in addition to mature electrode quality in line with the provisions of the corresponding electrode standard, should also include:
(A) electrode model grades, specifications (diameter and length);
(B) batch number, the number and date of manufacture;
(C) weld metal chemical composition of the test results;
(D) the deposited metal or butt joint performance test results;
(E) the name and address of the production plant;
(F) signature factory inspection department and inspectors.
(2) Check the electrode packaging: the packaging is intact, without damage, damp phenomenon; mark on the check the package contents are complete, whether legible; its type, grade, specification, production batch number, inspection number, manufacturer and trademarks, etc. consistent with quality certificate.
(3) Check the appearance quality of the welding rod: whether contaminated during storage and transport may affect the welding quality defects; identification markings are clear, firm, and are consistent with the kind of products.
 Practical test welding: in order to assess the test welding electrode process performance.
 3, required retesting of the chemical composition and mechanical properties: according to the requirements of the relevant standards or supply agreement reinspection. Such as spherical tanks of the electrodes used for the determination of diffusible hydrogen.
