A: Cr-Ni stainless Welding Rod by repeated heating easy to carbide precipitation, and thus reduce the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Small current to prevent overheating intergranular corrosion, welding, adopt a small line of energy input, the thin channel of short arc welding;
B: stainless resistivity, causing burn-through likely also cause deformation, should give full attention;
C: Ti, Nb-containing stainless steel bonding wire and the Welding Wire Chinamaterial on the choice of the flux is more stringent, may easily cause the weld sticky residue, should be noted;
D: high C-Cr stainless steel wire (such as 1Cr13, 2Cr13, 1Cr134, 1Cr17, etc.) welding, weld crack resistance is poor, should be used to avoid.
E: ultra-low carbon stainless steel base material must use the same alloy system and composition is very close to the ultra-low carbon stainless steel wire, rather than using the low-carbon stainless steel wire
