Product Description
ERNiMo-10 is a high-performance nickel-molybdenum solid welding wire compliant with AWS A5.14/A5.14M standards, specifically designed for welding HASTELLOY® B-3® (UNS N10675) and other nickel-molybdenum alloys.It features a high-purity composition with a minimum of 65.0wt.% nickel and 27.0-32.0wt.% molybdenum, along with controlled levels of iron (1.0-3.0wt.%) and chromium (1.0-3.0wt.%).This filler metal is compatible with GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) processes and is an ideal candidate for joining homogeneous alloys, as well as for corrosion-resistant overlay and cladding on steels.Its design focuses on providing maximum resistance to non-oxidizing acids while maintaining excellent thermal stability.

This advancement minimizes the precipitation of detrimental intermetallic phases during welding and processing, thereby reducing the risk of embrittlement and maintaining excellent ductility.
▪ Excellent Localized Corrosion Resistance: The alloy provides outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC). Its fully austenitic structure and precise alloying ensure the integrity of welded joints even under severe chemical stress.
